This study sought to determine the relationship of parenting styles to the character traits of the selected students at University of Rizal System Tanay, School Year 2003-2004. In order to answer and analyze the different problems stated, the descriptive method of research was used. Questionnaire checklist was given to the respondents in order to determine the relationship of parenting styles to their character traits. Statistical treatments used in completing the study were: percentage, weighted mean, and analysis of variance (Two-Way ANOVA).
