GSTHESIS

The study's main objective is to determine the level of preparedness in instructional planning and the performance of non-specialized public secondary school teachers in the Division of Antipolo in the School Year 2024-2025. Specifically, it examined teachers' level of preparedness in instructional planning in terms of lesson preparation, instructional materials, content knowledge, teaching strategies, and promotion of higher-order thinking skills. Furthermore, the study analyzed the significant differences in teachers' level of preparedness in instructional planning and their level of performance and explored the relationship between the level of preparedness and their level of performance. The findings of this study served as the basis for an intervention program to support teachers in improving their level of performance.
