Summary, etc This study aimed to determine the level of job preparedness of Bachelor of<br/>Science in Office Administration Students at the University of Rizal System<br/>Binangonan Rizal. The researchers used 100 percent of the 52 fourth-year students. Specifically, this study sought to find out the profile of the respondents in terms of age and sex. The study also aimed to determine the level of job <br/>preparedness in terms of General administrative and clerical support, Office <br/>management, Office communications, Filling, Human relations skills, and Lifelong learning engagement. This study was conducted in the University of Rizal <br/>System Binangonan Campus in the academic year of 2023-2024. <br/>The study used a descriptive method and a questionnaire checklist as a <br/>main instrument in gathering data. To determine the profile of the respondents, <br/>frequency, percentage, and rank distribution were used. Weighted mean was <br/>computed and used to determine the job preparedness in terms of General <br/>administrative and clerical support, Office management, Office communications, <br/>Filling, Human relations skills, and Lifelong Learning Engagement for their <br/>statistical treatment. <br/>Results revealed that the majority of the respondents are females aged 21-22 years old and somewhat prepared in terms of General administrative and <br/>clerical support, Office management, Office communications, Filling, Human <br/>relations skills, and Lifelong Learning Engagement. <br/>The researchers recommended that the Bachelor of Science in Office <br/>Administration students may have an engagement in extracurricular assessment <br/>and activities that will enhance their skills most especially in building a <br/>connection and communication to comply and adapt in the fastest way possible <br/>while significantly practicing the skills that will allow themselves to grow in their <br/>respective environment. It is also suggested that future researchers may conduct <br/>a similar study that will measure the actual level of job preparedness focusing on <br/>the program outcomes of the Bachelor of Science in Office Administration.<br/><br/><br/>
