Towards Course Enhancement Plan for Bachelor of Science in Office Administration Students in the University of Rizal System Binangonan, Rizal / Jundy S. Corpuz

The researchers used 100 percent of the 52 fourth-year students. Specifically, this study sought to find out the profile of the respondents in terms of age and sex. The study also aimed to determine the level of job preparedness in terms of General administrative and clerical support, Office management, Office communications, Filling, Human relations skills, and Lifelong learning engagement. This study was conducted in the University of Rizal System Binangonan Campus in the academic year of 2023-2024. The study used a descriptive method and a questionnaire checklist as a main instrument in gathering data. To determine the profile of the respondents, frequency, percentage, and rank distribution were used. Weighted mean was computed and used to determine the job preparedness in terms of General administrative and clerical support, Office management, Office communications, Filling, Human relations skills, and Lifelong Learning Engagement for their statistical treatment. Results revealed that the majority of the respondents are females aged 21-22 years old and somewhat prepared in terms of General administrative and clerical support, Office management, Office communications, Filling, Human relations skills, and Lifelong Learning Engagement. The researchers recommended that the Bachelor of Science in Office Administration students may have an engagement in extracurricular assessment and activities that will enhance their skills most especially in building a connection and communication to comply and adapt in the fastest way possible while significantly practicing the skills that will allow themselves to grow in their respective environment. It is also suggested that future researchers may conduct a similar study that will measure the actual level of job preparedness focusing on the program outcomes of the Bachelor of Science in Office Administration.
