Through this method, the researchers were able to assess the perceptions of 30 employees at Transcendo Solutions Global Incorporation. Various statistical analyses, including frequency, percentage, and rank distribution, were utilized to outline the profiles of the respondents. Additionally, a weighted mean was employed to gauge the respondents' perceptions, and a rewards enhancement program is formulated based on the result of the survey. Based on the evaluation analysis, and interpretation of data gathered. The researcher's summarized, made conclusion and recommendation in the findings of the study.
