The findings revealed several key issues, including ineffective teaching methods inadequate assessment practices, limited Instructional materials, and behavioral challenges Teachers displayed resilience by developing coping strategies to address these problems.<br/><br/>In conclusion, the study underscores the multifaceted nature of classroom management in Social Studies education, highlighting the need for tailored strategies to enhance teacher effectiveness and student engagement. It emphasizes the importance of ongoing professional development for teachers to adapt their management approaches to the unique needs of their classrooms The study's result led to the proposed action plan, which aims to enhance classroom management through a structured approach that addresses various vital areas. This comprehensive approach aims to enhance student engagement, address behavioral issues, and promote continuous self-reflection among teachers The extensive nature of the action plan ensures a holistic approach to improving classroom management practices. |
