Summary, etc. This study evaluated the implementation of the Early language and literacy (ELL) Program in public elementary schools in Cainta Sub-office in the division of rizal for school year 2024-2025, using the context, input, process, and product (CIPP) evaluation model. Prompted by persistently low literacy levels among Filipino students as highlighted in national and international assessments, the research investigated whether current early language literacy program effectively address foundational language and reading skills in early grades. Utilizing a quantitative research design and a validated questionnaire-checklist, data were gathered from school heads and primary teachers through cluster random sampling.
