Dissertation note: Thesis (Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education major in Content Courses) -- University of Rizal System-Morong. Summary: EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: This study aimed to determine the level of the academic performance of the grade six pupils in English, Science and Mathematics in Subay Elementary School. The respondent of the study were the grade VI Pupils in Subay Elementary school whose academic performance was based from the past three years (2012-2013, 2011-2012, 2010-2011). This study used documentary analysis using the Form 138 of the students and the National Achievement Test results. This study revealed that the last three years, 2012-2013, 2011-2012, and 2010-2011; the Academic Performance of the Pupils in English was 83.61, 80.05, and 81.67 while the results of the Achievement Test for the last three years in English were, 83.24. 57.79, and 69.90. In Science 86.25, 46.55, and 74.65 and in Mathematics 59.24, 46.88, and 50.15. The Computed r-value for English was 0.26, in Science 0.25 and in Mathematics 0.25. From the analysis and interpretation of the data gathered, it was found out that there was a significant relationship between Academic Performance and the National Achievement Test result based from the computed r-value of the data gathered. As a result of the foregoing findings and conclusion the following recommendations are hereby offered. Use strategies that will arouse the interest of the pupils. Provide remedial instruction for those pupils who are having difficulties in English, Science, and Mathematics.
