This study aimed to know the Implementation of Human Resource Practices at Wheels Incorporated. This study used the Descriptive Method of research with the utilization of questionnaire checklist. There were Thirty
For statistical treatment Frequency and Percentage Distribution were used to determine the profile of the respondents. Mean was used to know the Human Resource Practices in Wheels Incorporated in terms of Promotion, Security and Safety Anova were used to know the significant difference between the perception of the respondents on the extent of implementation of human resource practices and their profile
The findings showed that in terms of sex the majority of the respondents were Female that has a frequency of 21 or a percentage of 70 0 while the Male has a frequency of 9 or a percentage of 30.0. In terms of Age, most of the respondents were in age of 27-30 with a frequency of 16 or 53.4 percentage followed by the Age of 23-26 and 31 and above with a same frequency of 7 or a percentage of 23.3. In terms of Position, majority of employees were mechanic has a frequency of 10 or 33.3 percent, In terms of length of service, 25 employees or 83 3 percent had been in the organization from 1 yearto 5 years, And lastly in terms of Civil Status, most of respondents in Wheels Incorporated were single with a frequency of 20 or a percentage of 83.3 and followed by Married with a frequency of 10 or a percentage of 16.7.
