The researchers aimed to know the significant relationship between Human resouce managers and their employees. The subjects of the study were 111 HR employees and 6 Top management specifically, this study was conducted during 2nd semester of school year 2018-2019. It utilized the descrptive method of research using questionnaire checklist which is the main instruments in gathering data.
