This study was conducted in four different companies which involves top management and their employees to find out the Leadership Skills of Human Resource Managers and its Effects to Employees Performance. The researchers aimed to know the significant relationship between Human resouce managers and their employees. The subjects of the study were 111 HR employees and 6 Top management specifically, this study was conducted during 2nd semester of school year 2018-2019. It utilized the descrptive method of research using questionnaire checklist which is the main instruments in gathering data.
