The reserchers used the questionnaire-checklist and documents from books and internet for the source of data. The questionnaire-checklist composed of two parts. The first part consists of the respondents profile in terms of age, sex, educational attainment, length of service, and position. The second part enumerates questions for the implementation of strategic human resource management in Jollibee Commonwealth Market including good leadership, motivation, working with others.
