MIX UP is a product-based business that focuses on Cake and pastry. It offers different varieties of sweets dishes via direct selling. The idea of creating the product started way back in 2022; when one of the owners had her experience on working in bakery industry. The business will operate in Blk. 3 extension Lot 178 Double L San Isidro, Montalban, Rizal.
The primary goal of the business is to exceed customers' expectations when it comes to the cake and pastry dish and also to develop a sustainable direct selling business, surviving on its cash flow and utilizing the platform when it comes to selling and promoting products. The MIX UP has formed as a Partnership consisting of three (3) owners. The sources of capital came from each owner amounts to Five Hundred Thousand Pesos.
MIX UP target markets are the students, employees, non-employees, commuters and residents within Double L, as well as the potential customers beyond San Isidro.
The business has four (4) employees: Production Baker, Kitchen Helper, Staff 1 and Staff 2. The business will operate from Monday to Sunday. Its operating hours are from 5:00 am to 5:00 pm. The salary varies from the positions of the employees and also its mandatory government contributions like SSS, Pag-ibig, and Phil health.
