The primary goal of the business is to exceed customers' expectations when it comes to the cake and pastry dish and also to develop a sustainable direct selling business, surviving on its cash flow and utilizing the platform when it comes to selling and promoting products. The MIX UP has formed as a Partnership consisting of three (3) owners. The sources of capital came from each owner amounts to Five Hundred Thousand Pesos. MIX UP target markets are the students, employees, non-employees, commuters and residents within Double L, as well as the potential customers beyond San Isidro. The business has four (4) employees: Production Baker, Kitchen Helper, Staff 1 and Staff 2. The business will operate from Monday to Sunday. Its operating hours are from 5:00 am to 5:00 pm.
