This study utilized the descriptive method in describing the assessment of the respondents to the strategic management of McDonalds San Mateo and Montalban Branch. findings. The descriptive method of rescarch is a fact finding study with adequate and accurate The results were tallied, computed and interpreted using appropriate statistical treatment. Frequency, percentage distribution and ranking were used to determine the profile of the Tespondents in terms of sex, age, educational attainment, length of service and position. Mean, Verbal interpretation and ranking was used to determine the strategic management of McDonalds San Mateo and Montalban branch.
