Dissertation note: Undergraduate Thesis Bachelor of Secondary Education Major in Biological Science University of Rizal System, Rodriguez, Rizal 2013 Summary: The study amed to develop, validate and determine the acceptability of mohdes in Science for Cirade 8 students, conducted during the second semester, school year 2013-2014 with the respondents of 30 selected students and 10 science teachers. The study used experimental method using a single group pretest-posttest design that compares and reveals the difference of the mean of the pre-test and posttest, and descriptive method evaluative design to evaluate the materials used. The instruments used in the study were multiple choice questionnaires with seventy items based on the modules developed with the following topics on Science for Grade 8 Second Quarter, Earthquake, Understanding Typhoon and Other Members of the Solar SystemThe pee to was wed by the dimibion of the whecid sdestts. Also, t-test was used to determine the significance between the performance of the respondents in the pre-test and post- test.
