This study aimed to identify the reasons and factors of private school teachers why they stayed long in service. The study was conducted during the School Year 2015-2016. The settings of the study was at Roosevelt College Rodriguez with thirteen (13) teachers who stayed long in service as respondents of the researchers. The study used the qualitative method of research utilizing a questionnaire checklist and documentary (interview) guide/approach./
