GSTHESIS MASTER OF ARTS IN EDUCATION MAJOR IN EDUCATIONAL MANAGEMENT UNIVERSITY OF RIZAL SYSTEM 2025
This study aimed to determine the leadership styles of school heads and how these styles influence school management and the teachers' performance in Public Secondary Schools in the Division of Rizal during the School Year 2024- 2025. A descriptive-evaluative research design was utilized to assess the teachers' assessment of the school heads' leadership styles. Data were gathered through survey questionnaires and unstructured interviews to allow respondents to express their insights regarding the leadership styles of school heads. The study was conducted in selected secondary schools in Cluster Baras, Cardona, Morong, and Teresa (BCaMT) District, Division of Rizal. The respondents comprise 250 teachers with ranks of I to Ill. A simple random sampling technique was used to ensure the validity of results by reducing potential selection bias. The research utilized statistical tools such as frequency and percentage distribution, weighted mean, One-Way Analysis of Variance (ANOVA), and Pearson's r Correlation Coefficient to analyze the data.
