The study also highlighted a neutral view of the exam's connection to their field of study, along with suggestions for improvement, including enhancing the exam's comprehensiveness, adjusting the passing score, providing more review time, and simplifying the language used These findings underscore the need for exam design to cater to diverse student demographics and experiences to improve student engagement and overall effectiveness.
