The demand for computer is so high. Students are now required to study computer for the world demands it now. In the Philippines, the computer lesson starts from pre-school onwards through this scene can be seen visibly more in the private school than in the public school.
Public school, however, tries its best to keep itself abreast despite of some difficulties in resources.
The University of Rizal System is a government school that offers computer subject. Thus, the present study is concerned in identifying to factors that affect proficiency, in computer science subject of the Diploma in Computer Secretarial.
