"The study primarily aimed to determine the employees perception of Work-Life Balance of Employees of Wicon Depot Incorporated in Taytay, Rizal. The researchers utlized the descriptive method of research to determine the perception of the respondents on the Work-Life Balance of Employees of Wilcon Depot Incorporated in Taytay, Rizal. Through questionnaire checklists as the primary instruments used for collecting data The researchers were able to determine the perception of 99 respondents, various type of statistical such as Frequency, Percentage and Rank distribution. weighted mean for the profile of the respondents was used to determine the perception of the respondents on the Work-life Balance of employees in Wilcon Depot Incorporated in Taytay, Rizal together with our variables of work and personal life. The findings with respect to the personal profile of the respondents revealed that most of the respondents were 26 - 33 years of age, male, single, college level, have been serving the Wilcon Depot Incorporated 1 to 5 years monthly income of 10,001 to 15,000, permanent employees, and Promodiser in terms of position. In relation, with the respondents' perception on the Work-Life Balance of Employees of Wilcon Depot Incorporated in Taytay, Rizal it was revealed in Work- Life Balance in terms of Interpersonal Relationship, 'respectful to everyone, regardless of the position.' has the highest weighted mean of 4. 68 and verbally interpret ""Always"". It was also shown that the Employees of Wilcon Depot are more social and pay respect to everyone with their working environment. They depend more on interpersonal relationships than in Job productivity and Facilities and Amenities. This also implies that employees are more social and pay respect to everyone with their working environment. It was shown in Personal-life Balance in terms of Family, "" have time for family bonding."" has the highest weighted mean of 4.17 and is verbally interpreted as ""Often"". It implies that most of the employees manage their time to have family bonding. The data also showed that the Work-life Balance of Employees of Wilcon Depot Incorporated were perceived in terms of Family rather than Community and Rest and Recreation. With respect to significant differences in the personal profiles of respondents at Wilcon Depot Incorporated in Taytay, Rizal, it was observed that there were significant differences in their perceptions of Work-Life Balance based on educational attainment, monthly income, and present position. However, no significant differences were noted in their perceptions based on age, sex, civil status, length of service, and employment status. Based on the foregoing conclusion, the researchers recommended that the employees of the Wilcon Depot should compartmentalize the conflicts in his duty and at his home and conduct seminars about the Work-life Balance.
