This was conducted during the annual year 2017-2018 at Kasiglahan Village National High School, Manggahan National High School and Wawa National High School The study employed the qualitative type of research for the interpretation of data based on the experiences and practices of K to 12 Mathematics teachers. All the respondents are K to 12 Mathematics teachers of Junior High School (Grade 7-10) and had 3-17 years teaching experience They used Daily Lesson Log and experienced it as easy, not time consuming and convenient to prepare.
