Using descriptive evaluative research, it examined the program's profile, including implementation years, enrollment, graduates, instructional practices, accomplishments, and challenges. Findings show the program enhances STEM skills and engagement, with strengths like research achievements and competition wins. However, challenges include heavy workloads, resource gaps, and the need for better curriculum management. The study aligns with Tomlinson's Differentiated Instruction, Vygotsky's Zone of Proximal Development, and Piaget's Constructivism, emphasizing tailored instruction, guided support, and active learning. This study concludes that while the SSSP provides significant educational benefits and prepares students for future STEM careers, improvements in curriculum design, workload management, and resource allocation are necessary to maximize its effectiveness. Enhancing resources to support the program's demands, adopting flexible schedules, and fostering time management skills. Parents are encouraged to provide consistent support, and future researchers are advised to explore the program's long-term impact on students' academic and career success.
