This study endeavors to determine the customer satisfection of Eduardo's Pari-peri Flarne Grilled Chicken in terms of product and services offered. The respondents were 100 customers. The study used the descriptive method which has deemed best method to determine the level of satisfaction of customers utilizing questionnaire checklist, For the statistical treatment of data. Frequency. Percentage distribution and Ranking were used to determine the profile of the respondents in terms of sex age, civil status, employment status and average monthly income Mean was used to determine the level of customer satisfaction in terms of quality of product and services of Eduardo's Peri-peri Flame Grilled Chicken. To determine the significant difference between the profile of the respondents and the customer satisfaction One-way ANNOVA was used Based on the data gathered from the respondents the following findings were obtained With regard to the profile of the respondents in terms of sex, most of the respondents are females with a frequency of 54 or 54.0 percent, while in terms of age, 34-44 years old obtained a frequency of 36 or 36 0 percent in terms of civil status, most of the respondents were married with a frequency of 60 or 60.0 percent, while in terms of employment status with a frequency of 90 or 90.0 percent, while in terms of average monthly income, most of the respondents were earning 10,001 to 20,000 pesos per month with a frequency of 43 or 43.0 percent.
