They conducted face-to-face by surveys and interviews with 40 purposively selected respondents, focusing on ther demographic profile, including sex, age, year level, monthly family income, and part-time job. The findings indicated an equal distribution of male and female respondents, each comprising 50% of the total. Most respondents were aged 22 23, with 35% at the 2nd year level. The majority reported a family income between Php 6,000 to Php 15,000, and tutoring emerged as the most prevalent part-time job. The primary challenge encountered by working students at school was issues causing lateness, while conflicts between class and work schedules were predominant challenges at work. Coping strategies included confrontive coping, although risky solutions were not always practical. Seeking social support and maintaining a positive attitude, particularly from family, friends, and classmates, were common coping mechanisms.
