This study aimed to determine the implementation of remedial class program of the school to improve the mathematics performance of Grade 7 Students of San Jose National High School. This was conducted during the School Year 2015-2016 at San Jose National High School.
Specifically, the researchers utilized the descriptive method of research and used of questionnaire checklist to gather the needed data and information.
From the analysis of data and result obtained, the findings were summarized as follows; on the profile of the respondents, most of the respondents were male having the frequency of 54 or 54 percent
