The importance of human relation is top examined the fundamental ratures of human resources, integration of this resource as an individuals or groups with organizations and coping with the inevitable conflict that ensue
This study aimed to determine the impact of Human Relation to the Operation of Department of Agrarian Reform located at Elliptical Road, Diliman Quezon City. The respondents were 144 employees, forty four(44) in the Human Resource Department, thirty two (32 in Personnel Division, twenty nine(29) in Financial Management Division and thirty nine (39) in Accounting Section.
The study applied the descriptive method of research utilizing 30 item questionnaire checklist prepared by the researchers in order to find out the profile of the respondents specifying the impact of human relation as describe in their statement of the problem. The study focused generally on the impact of good human relation of the employees in terms of work performance, sociability and seniorityThe aware tallied and interpreted after applying formula to come up with the Impact of Human Relation of the Respondents. The Frequency, Perconta Distribution and Rariking were used in order to analyze the profile of the respondents in tents of age, sex, civil status, nature of appointment, length of service and position. One Way ANNOVA were used
Findings showed that most of the respondents were adult employees that belong to the age bracket of 26-30 In terms of se, female dominated male in mumber Most of the employees are married status.
