Dissertation note: Feasibility Study Bachelor of Science in Accountancy University of Rizal System The feasibility study was entitled "Establishment of CPA Review Center in Binangonan, Rizal." The proposed business venture, the PLEA (Proficiency in Learning, Education, and Accounting) CPA Review Center, would have been significant assistance to accountancy students and graduates in Rizal to be prepared and equipped enough to take the Certified Public Accountant Licensure Examination, or CPALE, in order to attain the certification and title of Certified Public Accountant. The study aimed to determine the viability and efficiency of establishing a review center specifically for accounting students and graduates residing in Rizal, serving as a help to review and recall accounting subjects and to acquire effective review methods to pass the CPALE. The review center would have supplied valuable and effective review services to its clients in order to produce productive and competent exam takers in the CPALE, which would be a great contribution to the accounting industry in the Philippines. The review center offered two types of learning modalities— online, and hybrid— to accommodate the needs and convenience of the study's primary target market, students and graduates from the course of accountancy. The pricing strategy was designed, and a thorough discussion was conducted to ensure its competitive positioning in the market while maintaining a commitment to offering effective and capable review services. The intended location for the establishment is in Brgy. Calumpang, Binangonan, Rizal, with an initial investment of five million pesos (Php 5,000,000). The business would have operated as a partnership, with Mrs. Ma. Benita C. llao and Mrs. Maria Ermelita B. Ferreras as the owners. They would have taken charge of the overall business operations and overseen significant review activities together with their hired qualified personnel. Furthermore, the review center would employ direct and indirect distribution channels. This is utilized to establish communication with its clients, maximize sales, and strengthen the position of the review center in the market. The establishment of the PLEA CPA review center in Binangonan, Rizal, would represent a promising venture that not only offers competent and competitive review services to its clients but also contributes to the overall growth of the accounting community and industry. Through this review center, the business would aim to establish a reputable name and service synonymous with the valuable and respected industry of accounting.
